All reports you create are displayed on a report screen with a series of big buttons at the bottom of the window:

Add Comment
Allows to add a one-time comment at the bottom of the report. To have a permanent comment on your payroll reports, use the Static comment field available at the Manage - Options menu on the Reports tab.

Print This Report
Displays the print dialog allowing you to select your printer and number of copies you would like to print.

Print All Reports
Allows you to print payroll reports for all the employees at once. This button is available when creating multiple reports only. Start new page per employee option will make sure each report is on a separate page. Print continuously option will print all the reports one after another separating them with a double line.

Export This Report
Displays the Export Payroll Report dialog.
