Keeping your software up to date is one of the best ways to avoid technical problems. To obtain the most recent setup file, follow these instructions.


LionClock 2011, version 4.54
Released on November 7, 2011, minor update, recommended:

·Bug Fix: After a fresh installation, it would appear that LionClock did not ask to create an administrative password. The password creation screen was hidden behind the main screen. This issue has been fixed.  
·Bug Fix: When going to Manage - Options, some users would get run-time error 338. This issue has been fixed in this release.  

LionClock 2011, version 4.52
Released on October 21, 2011, critical update, highly recommended:

·New Feature: Four brand new reports are now available: overtime report, approaching overtime report, birthday report and tardy report.  
·Improvement: Time Editor now displays time in civilian (ex: 8:25 PM) or military format (ex: 20:25), depending on your settings.  
·Improvement: By popular demand, LionClock now supports QuickBooks Payroll Items. Time entries can now be exported to QuickBooks and properly marked as 'Regular Pay', 'Overtime Rate' as well as 'Salary'. If you don't use this QuickBooks feature, LionClock will behave just like it did before.  
·Added support for QuickBooks 2012  
·Brand new Remote Connector for QuickBooks is now available for download. It allows LionClock to seamlessly synchronize with QuickBooks when QuickBooks is installed on a different computer than LIonClock. The greatly improved and re-designed Remote Connector is more user-friendly and more efficient than ever before.  
·Bug Fix: When printing summarized multiple payroll reports, holiday pay was only credited to employees who worked during the week. However, on detailed payroll reports, holiday hours were credited to all employees, regardless. This inconsistency has been fixed.  
·Bug Fix: When importing data from backup, license information was reset, forcing the user to re-enter the license key. This problem has been fixed.  
·Bug Fix: A notification popup about new clock IN and OUT would inadvertently appear in the middle of the screen instead of bottom right corner. This problem has been fixed.  
·Many internal bug fixes and improvements  

LionClock 2011, version 4.50
Released on January 07, 2011, major new release, highly recommended:

·LionClock is now compatible with Windows 7. This release adds full support for Microsoft Windows 7  
·Added support for QuickBooks 2010 and QuickBooks 2011  
·Bug Fix: Main screen buttons text now appears correctly when translated to other languages.  
·Many internal bug fixes

LionClock 3.56
Released on December 04, 2008, critical update, highly recommended:

·Bug Fix: Text on payroll reports was not aligned properly due to wrong font being used. This problem has been fixed.  

LionClock 3.55
Released on November 28, 2008, critical update, highly recommended:

·Fixed Error: Some users reported an error message "Run-time error 9" when starting LionClock. This problem has been fixed.  
·Fixed Error: Some users have reported getting an error message saying "Run-time error 380" when starting LionClock. This problem has been fixed.  
·Improvement: By popular demand, employees can now view their working hours when LionClock is running in Keypad mode.  
·Improved QuickBooks integration: Some users were reporting an unusual "Error 0" when exporting time entries. We have made attempts to correct this problem, but welcome your feedback in case you continue to experience this behavior.  
·Fixed Error: Some users have reported getting an error message saying "Component SMButton.ocx [or lionbutton.ocx] or one of its dependencies not currently registered. A file is missing or invalid." when starting LionClock. This problem has been fixed once and for all.  
·New Feature: By popular demand, you can now export time entries to Microsoft Office Accounting 2007, 2008 and 2009.  

LionClock 3.53
Released on April 23, 2008, update, recommended:

·Improved QuickBooks integration. Many errors you may encounter are now documented and explained in the help file. This version also adds the ability to export time entries to a remotely installed copy of QuickBooks with the help of a Remote Connector utility available for download from our web site.  
·Added support for our new USB HID magnetic card readers allowing employees to use magnetic cards even if LionClock's main window is minimized, not visible or not the top window. By using our new USB HID magnetic card readers, your employees will be able to clock more consistently.  
·Fixed Error: Some users have reported getting an error message saying "Component 'SMButton.ocx or one of its dependencies not currently registered. A file is missing or invalid." when starting LionClock. We believe that the file in question was falsely blocked by some anti-spyware utilities. This problem has been fixed.
