This tab holds various information that can be displayed on payroll reports you can create.

Company name and address
When creating payroll reports or exporting report data, you can include your company name and address. This could be useful if you intend to send or fax your payroll reports to your accountant.

Static comment
You can use this field to include static disclaimers or other important info that will be displayed at the bottom of all reports created by the administrator. Reports created by employees using the View My Hours button will not be affected.

Worker term in reports
If your company is a non-profit organization or if you are using LionClock 2011 to track student's time, you may choose to replace the term "employee" with "volunteer" or "student" in payroll reports.

Signature line
Enabling this options will display the following line at the bottom of all reports created by the administrator:
