Link Payroll Items
LionClock allows to export your employee time entries and marking them as correct Payroll Items. All you need to do is link LionClock to your QuickBooks Payroll Items only once.
When you click on the Link Payroll Items button, you will see this screen.
Export Raw Time Entries
This option will have an effect only if you don't use the "Use time data to create paycheks" setting in QuickBooks, as shown below:
If that is your case (you don't use the "Use time data to create paycheks" setting) then by anabling the Export Raw Time Entries option you tell LionClock to export the actual time entries that were recorded. No automatic breaks (if any) will be deducted and your time rounding settings (if any) will not be applied.
On the other hand, if you unckeck the Export Raw Time Entries option, LionClock will export employee time into QuickBooks after deducting automatic breaks (if any) and applying your time rounding settings (if any).
